This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and disclose your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) ("PDPA").

2. Personal data we collect

This website has no contact form or account system. We collect personal data only when you choose to contact us by email, LINE or phone. This may include:

  • Your name or display name
  • Contact details such as your email address, LINE ID or display name, and phone number
  • The content of your messages and any information you choose to share (for example, your company name or the details of your inquiry)
  • Records of our communications (date and time)

We do not intend to collect sensitive personal data. Please do not send us such information.

Providing personal data is voluntary and is not required by law. However, if you do not provide the information we need, we may be unable to respond to your inquiry or to enter into or perform a contract with you.

3. Purposes and legal basis

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

  • To respond to your inquiries and communicate with you — legitimate interests (Section 24(5)) or, where you request it, steps prior to entering into a contract (Section 24(3))
  • To negotiate, enter into and perform contracts with customers, suppliers and business partners — contract (Section 24(3))
  • To comply with legal obligations such as accounting and tax laws — legal obligation (Section 24(6))
  • To protect our legal rights and prevent fraud — legitimate interests (Section 24(5))

If we wish to use your personal data for any other purpose, such as sending marketing messages, we will ask for your consent first.

4. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes above. Inquiry records are generally kept for no more than two years after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law (for example, accounting records under Thai law) or is necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. After that, the data is deleted or anonymised.

5. Disclosure and international transfers

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary with:

  • Service providers that support our operations, such as email, messaging (e.g. LINE), cloud and IT service providers
  • Our affiliated companies and partners in Japan involved in sourcing and operations
  • Professional advisers (such as accountants and lawyers) and government authorities where required by law

Some recipients may be located outside Thailand, including in Japan. When transferring personal data abroad, we take the measures required by the PDPA, such as transferring only to countries with adequate data protection standards, putting appropriate safeguards in place, or relying on other grounds permitted by law.

Subject to the conditions of the PDPA, you have the right to:

  • Access your personal data and obtain a copy of it
  • Request rectification so that your data is accurate, up to date and complete
  • Request erasure, destruction or anonymisation of your data
  • Request restriction of the use of your data
  • Object to the collection, use or disclosure of your data
  • Data portability
  • Withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out before the withdrawal
  • Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC)

7. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies, and does not use analytics tools. Your language preference is stored only in your own browser (local storage) and is never sent to us. The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address as part of normal technical operation.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version and its effective date will always be published on this page.
